Health Coaching is very unique in its approach. Using the concepts of bio-individuality, Primary Foods The Circle of LIfe and the Integrative Nutrition Plate.

 

  • Bio-individuality TM : The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique foods and lifestyle needs. No two people are the same. One person’s food maybe another person’s poison, and that is why fad diets fail in the long term. Using a personalized, holistic approach based on your specific needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background will ensure your great success.

  • Primary Foods TM:  There is so much in your word that contributes to your sense of nourishment and fulfilment. It’s more than just the foods you eat, it includes all of the factors present in your daily life. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and spiritual awareness are all essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, the foods you eat become secondary.

  • Integrative Nutrition Plate TM: The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high quality proteins, plant based fats and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime as well as emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the plate, it is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: Relationships, career, physical activity and spirituality.

 

Health Coaching will introduce to you the healthiest foods on the planet and allow you to make choices based on what is best for your unique body.

 

An initial Complimentary Consultation includes a complete health history and discussion of issues and concerns affecting your life.

 

Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness.

Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body, and implement the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

Your program will include…………….

  • A personalized program based on your goals, needs and dreams.

  •  60 minute private, one on one sessions ( 3, 6 or 12 sessions over the course of six months, depending on which programs suits your needs. best).

  • Email, text and phone support if needed between sessions, within normal business times.

  • One Pantry Clearing Session in your home or One Shopping Experience (if you so choose.)

  • Weekly meal plans( if you so choose).

  • Coaching and support to help you make the lifestyle changes you want

  • Simple and informative handouts that will increase your nutrition knowledge

  • Monthly newsletter with the latest tips on health

  • My personal commitment to your health and success

 

We will start your program by identifying your Myers Briggs Personality Profile as well as and have you purchase the Strength Finders book, and take the test, to identify your top five strengths. 

 

We will set your first session appointment day and time, and have you bring your Health Coaching Program Agreement with signature, your Completed Circle of Life and Goals Sheet to your first session, along with payment.
